二 | 如今，这份“山海协作”从产业延伸到了精神文化层面。按照协议，两地将在理论共学、文明共育、资源共享、品牌共创四大方向发力，具体涉及理论宣讲走亲、文明实践阵地提质、文明创建经验互鉴、典型选树、“AI+传统文化数字化”转化、人才双向交流等六大领域。

三 | 比如，滨江区将发挥“滨青开讲吧”等青年理论宣讲品牌优势，与泰顺县的“廊桥潮音”等本土宣讲资源互邀走亲、云端联讲；探索运用具身智能机器人、数字人、IA漫剧等新技术，共同打造“云宣讲”平台，实现宣讲资源的跨区域共享与点单式服务。尤其值得关注的是，泰顺的廊桥、土楼等传统文化地标，将借助滨江的数字技术优势进行数字化采样，未来有望衍生出文创IP、数字文旅产品，让山区文脉“活”起来、走出去。
