Dhurandhar (2025) Still running in the theatres, Dhurandhar has been the talk of the town and Ranveer Singh’s performance is one of them. 四 | 私域直播，这一互联网风口上的热词，正面临雷霆执法的考验。私域直播是相对于公域直播的一种互动营销模式，主要指企业或个人基于自有流量池（如微信群、企业微信、小程序等），针对特定用户群体进行营销活动。其本质是封闭生态内的精准触达，本可作为提升服务黏性的创新工具，却在不法分子手中异化为了“坑老”利器。 通过私域直播间“坑老”的乱象层出不穷。今年7月，央视《财经调查》就曝光了私域直播“坑老”的套路：老人为了领免费鸡蛋，扫码进微信群，群里每天发布直播链接，诱导老人去看带货直播，主播会向老人推销磁悬浮鞋垫、冒名五常大米等质次价高的商品。媒体还曝光了私域直播的其他套路：低价抽奖藏猫腻、弹幕互动设陷阱、伪造人设博同情、机器人暖场等。面对这些纷繁复杂的套路，别说互联网经验不足的老年人，就是年轻网民也难免上当。 私域直播之所以成为“坑老”利器，正是因为其“私域”的封闭特性，致使监管难以覆盖。 其一，技术监测存在被动性。私域直播依托微信群、小程序等封闭生态，内容传播呈现“去中心化”的特征。私域场景下直播内容分散于海量私有化应用中，监管部门难以通过传统技术手段实现实时监测 其二，证据固定困难。这些直播套路往往采用“播完即关”“闪群营销”等方式，导致违法证据留存周期极短。加之老年群体普遍数字素养不足，鲜少保存聊天记录、录屏等证据，事后难以追查侵权对象。 其三，用户锚定精准。这些直播瞄准的正是愿意“换鸡蛋”的老人，受害老人“购买意愿”的转化率畸高。在虚拟的赛博空间里关起门来也很容易实施“洗脑”，再加上机器人暖场、虚拟评论等骗术，可能整个直播空间里唯有受害老人是“真人”，其他都是“赛博托儿”，这让私域直播成了精准的“杀猪盘”。 一些从业者直言不讳地表示，他们之前就是做“会销”的——以旅游等名义，将老人诱骗到封闭的场所里搞洗脑式的推销。在受到了严管之后，转到线上做私域直播。因此，私域直播“坑老”套路，实为线下“领鸡蛋—开会—洗脑”模式的迭代升级。然而，线上“坑老”无地域限制，加之监管未能及时跟进，其行为更为肆无忌惮。
五 | 从这一次市场监管总局的表态和相关执法行动来看，凭借私域直播“坑老”的“好日子”到头了。市场监管总局已直接约谈相关平台企业，要求压实主体责任，并正部署全链条“穿透式”监管。面向不特定用户的直播，哪里可能是“私域”？无非是一些平台揣着明白装糊涂，故意藏污纳垢，将私域直播变成精准坑老的“杀猪盘”。
六 | 私域直播接受严格监管是必然趋势，从来不存在法外之地。
